お花のスタイルが決定しました

締切まではまだ若干ございますが、現段階でのご協力金額を考慮し当初想定していたボックスフラワー形式を以下の形式へ変更いたしました。

●お花について
生花ではなくドライフラワーとプリザーブドフラワーを使用するため、個展期間中ずっとNamie先生および個展にいらしたお客様に楽しんでいただけると思います。
色味については千景箱のHP（https://kaleidoscope.namie.art/）を参考にしたカラーリングでお願いしております。

●イラストについて
また、イラストについてご協力をお申し出くださった参加者様がいらしたためNamie先生のキャラクター達をボックスフレーム内部に別途配置する予定です。
こちらについては【意見募集】にて詳細を記載しておりますが、もしイラストでのご参加・ご協力をお考えいただける参加者様がいらしたらご連絡ください。

● About the flowers
Instead of fresh flowers, the arrangement will use dried flowers and preserved flowers, allowing Namie-sensei and visitors to the exhibition to enjoy it throughout the entire exhibition period.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for your incredible support and participation in this project.
As a fellow fan, I will do my very best to ensure that everyone's heartfelt messages are delivered to Namie-sensei in the best possible way.

Unfortunately, unlike a traditional flower stand, this arrangement does not allow us to attach a large display panel, making it difficult to include every participant's name and message alongside the flowers.
For this reason, we have decided to use the dedicated message webpage that we had been considering since the beginning of the project.

イラスト関連について

イラスト関連についてご連絡いたします。

●追加のイラストについて
急遽募集させていただいた追加イラストについて、ご協力者様が規定人数を超えたため実行させていただきます。
一部キャラクターについては複数希望者様がいたためWEBの抽選ツールを使用いたしました。
結果、以下の参加者様にご協力をお願いさせていただくことと相成りました。

・河端りうの様（ミヅキ）
・み様（ゴールデングロー）
・sigbird様（ペペ）

非常にタイトなスケジュールの中でご協力を申し出で下さった皆様に、改めてお礼申し上げあげます。

●完成イラストの共有
イラストにご協力いただいたYOOKI様より、キアランのイラストをお預かりいたしました。
YOOKI様から許可をいただきましたので参加者様に共有いたします。

本当に余談ではありますが、午前にご協力のお願いをしたにも関わらず当日昼頃にデータを頂いて非常に驚きました……

I would like to provide an update regarding the illustration portion of the project.

● Additional illustrations

We have decided to move forward with the additional illustration plan, as the number of volunteers exceeded the required number.

Since multiple participants volunteered for some characters, we used a web-based random drawing tool to determine the assignments.

As a result, we would like to ask the following participant(s) to contribute:

・sigbird様（pepe）

Once again, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who volunteered despite the extremely tight schedule.

● Sharing completed illustrations

We have received the illustration of Ciaran from YOOKI様.
With their permission, we are happy to share it with all participants.
The contributed illustrations will be printed on acrylic panels and displayed together with the flower arrangement.

On a personal note, I was genuinely surprised to receive the completed illustration around noon on the very same day, even though I had only reached out that morning to ask for help...
Your prompt response and smooth workflow are truly inspiring, and I will do my best to keep the rest of the project running just as smoothly.

イラストパーツ完成と企画の一部変更について/Completion of the Illustration Acrylic Pieces & Project Update

本企画にご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。

イラストにご協力いただいた参加者様より全てのデータをお預かりいたしましたので、本日お花に配置していただくアクリルパーツを受け取ってまいりました。

取り急ぎのご報告となり大変恐縮ですが、こちらの写真を共有させていただきます。
写真があまり良いものではなくお恥ずかしいですが、とても綺麗に印刷していただきました。
進捗報告では画像が1枚しか添付できないため、後ほど意見募集欄にて他の写真とあわせて詳細についてご報告させていただきます。
改めまして、厳しいスケジュールの中でご協力いただき誠にありがとうございました。


また、企画の進行において大きく2点変更がございます。
詳細は一度整理の上でご報告させていただきますが、内容としては以下の通りです。

・お送りするお花（フレームアレンジフラワー）を1点から2点に変更
・余剰金を使い切るため、お花以外に別のお祝いをお送りします

フラワースタンドと違いサイズが限定されていたため、上限いっぱいでお願いしても今回集まった金額全てを使い切る事ができず、上記のような形にさせていただきました。
期限が差し迫っているということもあり、独断進行となってしまったことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。
詳しい内容と経緯については改めてご報告させていただきます。

I have now received all of the illustration data from the participants who kindly contributed artwork, and today I picked up the acrylic pieces that will be displayed with the flower arrangement.

I apologize for this brief update, but I wanted to share this photo with you as soon as possible.

The photo itself isn't very good, but the acrylic pieces were printed beautifully.

Since the progress update only allows a single image to be attached, I'll post additional photos along with a more detailed update later in the Feedback & Suggestions section.

Once again, thank you all very much for your cooperation despite the tight schedule.

In addition, there have been two significant changes to the project.

I'll provide a full explanation after organizing all the details, but the changes are as follows:

* The flower arrangement (framed flower arrangement) will be increased from one to two pieces.
* To make full use of the remaining budget, we will also prepare an additional congratulatory gift besides the flowers.

Unlike a traditional flower stand, the size of the framed arrangement is limited. Even after upgrading it to the largest available option, we were unable to use the entire budget that was collected, so we decided to proceed with the changes above.

Because the deadline is approaching, I had to make this decision without prior consultation. I sincerely apologize for handling this on my own.

I will provide a more detailed explanation of both the changes and the reasoning behind them in a separate update.

予算の使用用途変更のご連絡とお詫びについて / Notice and Apology Regarding Changes to the Project Budget

進捗報告欄にて簡単なご報告をさせていただいておりましたが、ご協力いただいた費用の使用用途について一部変更がありましたことを改めてご報告させていただきます。

・お贈りするフラワーフレームを1点から2点に変更
・お花に加え、オーダーメイドクッキーの差し入れ

全額をお花およびそれにかかる諸経費（アクリルパーツ等）に使用する予定でしたが、お支払い時の確認の際に今回お贈りするお花のタイプには上限があるということが判明いたしました。
そのためフラワーデザイナー様と相談し、同タイプのものを2点お贈りさせていただく形を取らせていただきました。

As briefly mentioned in the progress updates, I would like to formally inform you of some changes regarding how the funds contributed to this project will be used.

The changes are as follows:
The number of framed flower arrangements will be increased from one to two.
In addition to the flowers, we will also present a gift of custom-made iced cookies.

Our original plan was to use the entire budget for the flower arrangement and related production costs (such as the acrylic pieces). However, during the payment process, we learned that the type of flower arrangement we selected has a maximum price limit.
After discussing the situation with the flower designer, we decided to send two arrangements of the same type instead.
Please refer to the design materials previously shared with the flower designer for details about the flower arrangements.
Even after increasing the order to two arrangements, there was still a remaining balance in the budget. To make full use of the funds, we decided to prepare an additional congratulatory gift: an assortment of custom-made iced cookies.

As there was not enough time to recruit additional contributors for the cookie designs, I sincerely apologize, but I prepared the designs myself. Please refer to the attached images for details.
Because I needed to coordinate simultaneously with both the flower designer and the custom cookie shop, there was unfortunately not enough time to gather feedback from all participants before making this decision. As a result, I am only able to report this change after the fact.

I sincerely apologize for changing how the contributed funds would be used without consulting everyone beforehand.
A detailed financial report will be provided after the project has concluded.

Finally, I would like to once again offer my heartfelt apology. This project was originally intended to express our congratulations to Namie-sensei through flowers, yet part of the budget has instead been used for a different type of gift.
I deeply appreciate your understanding and sincerely hope you will accept my apologies for this change.

お花が完成いたしました / The Flower Arrangements Are Complete

本企画にご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。

フラワーデザイナー様より、完成のご連絡とお写真をいただきましたので共有させていただきます。

こちらは本日8月10日に個展会場へ到着予定となっております。
写真ではサイズ感が伝わりにくいかもしれませんが【横幅：約30cm　高さ：約42cm　奥行き：約5cm】と大きなものになっております。
問題がなければ個展開催日から会場に飾っていただけると思いますので、個展に行かれる方は是非Namie先生の作品と共にお花も楽しんでいただければ幸いです。
個展開催初日に参加予定のため、参加が難しい方にも現場の雰囲気をお届けきるよう実際に飾っていただいる写真を撮影して参ります。

Dear participants,

This is Dog-san, the organizer.

We have received confirmation from the flower designer that the arrangements have been completed, along with photos, so I would like to share them with you.

They are scheduled to arrive at the exhibition venue today, August 10.
It may be difficult to get a sense of their size from the photos, but they are quite large, measuring approximately 30 cm in width × 42 cm in height × 5 cm in depth.
If everything goes as planned, they should be displayed at the venue from the opening day of the exhibition. If you are attending the exhibition, I hope you will enjoy the flower arrangements alongside Namie's artwork.
I will be attending on the first day of the exhibition, so I will take photos of the arrangements as they are displayed at the venue, so that I can share a sense of the atmosphere with those who are unable to attend.
(Please understand if photography is not permitted inside the venue.)

Updates will be reflected throughout the exhibition period. However, once the arrangements arrive at the venue, Namie-sensei will also be able to access the webpage, so if you would like to make any additions or changes, I recommend submitting them as soon as possible.

お花の到着について

ご報告が大変遅くなってしまいましたが、8月11日個展開催日初日にお贈りしたお花を確認してまいりました。
私が会場に到着した際、丁度Namie先生ご本人がお花の写真を撮っていらっしゃいました。
お花の色やイラストについても気付いて嬉しそうに話してくださって、とても喜んでくださっていたと思います。

余談ではありますが、Namie先生はサイン会の枠を増やしたことについて『いつ日本でこういうイベントができるか分からない、だからできるだけファンの方と会える機会を増やしたい』というようなことを仰っていました。
一部の日程に限りますがサイン会の参加枠はまだ残っておりますので、ご都合の合う方は直接応援の気持ちを伝えることができる貴重な機会を是非ご検討ください。

今後の流れについてはイラストご協力者様へのアクリルパーツ送付が終わり次第、終始報告をさせていただきます。
